How long will it take to receive my orders?

Our orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from our warehouses within 1 business day of placing your order. Delivery times will vary depending on your chosen destination.

Please note that all shipping estimates provided are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Europe | 1-3 business days

Rest of World | 10-20 business days

How do I track my order?

After your order has left our warehouse, we'll promptly send you an email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to easily monitor the progress of your order as it makes its way to your doorstep. Please keep in mind that the tracking information will become active once your order is in the hands of the carrier.

How do I cancel or change my order?

  • Once the order has been paid for and you've received confirmation, we can't guarantee changes can be made.
  • Reach out to us via email at info@improveathletes.com with the subject line URGENT, and we'll do our best to assist.
  • If an address is entered incorrectly during checkout, we cannot take responsibility for it and won't be able to send a replacement order. We recommend contacting your local carrier to explore options for redirecting the order back to you.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after processing by our warehouse. For a refund, you'll need to follow the standard returns process.

Where can I locate my order number?

Your order number is the six-digit number starting with a # found in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. You can also locate it on your order's packing slip. If you can't find these records, don't worry! Just shoot us an email at info@improveathletes.com using the email address you used to place your order, and we'll send it over!

I received a faulty item, what should I do?

We sincerely apologize if you've received a faulty item!

To help us assist you promptly, please get in touch via our Contact Form and provide the following details:

  1. Your full name and address
  2. Order number
  3. A description of the issue you're experiencing
  4. Images or a video clearly showing the defect or issue

If you report a defective item within 14 days of receiving your order, we'll gladly offer you a refund.

However, if it's been more than 14 days since you received your order, we can only provide a replacement item, an exchange, or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
